Good Morning,  so far so good, 2 out of 3 men left for work.  as soon as MLM leaves I have some things to do, one of which i'm not thrilled about.  I have to hem 2 pair of DS's dress pants. OMG I hate sewing.  I plan on starting to walk again today, will keep it down to 2 short walks but, it's my Power walk up the hill.  so, not much planned but stupid little things. YOU?  Scale is same today. not thinking it will be a big loss this week. weigh in at ww's in morning.  here is my food plan for today:

B: 2 coffee's, egg white, sl bread ww
L: fahita, beef leftover, swiss cheese /melted... yummmy
S: popcorn 100 cal, Jello & sm ww cake (1 point) was a long afternoon, that is my grazeing time.
D: WW Mexican Meatloaf (1/2 turkey 1/2 beef) not sure with what veggie yet


EDIT:  12:30 and havn't done any walks yet.... out of state neighbor here cleaning yard, and I don't want her to see me.  yak yak... not in the mood...I told you I'm good at excuses.  NEVER WALKED...

Well my scale only goes down as much as it goes up! LOL  Big meeting today at work and even though I didn't want to exercise this morning I did.

PreB: coffee/skim milk/water
B: wake up wrap
S: coffee some yogurt
L: chili, yum!  I made this last night
S: fruit leather
D: ? not sure didn't take anything out probably salad and some sort of meat

I tried a bite of the moose meat, I just can't get past it.  It didn't taste bad, but it is kinda dry even though I marinated it for two days. I just keep seeing Bullwinkle's face!!!

Hi ladies!  Been fighting some major depression lately (see my blog for more if interested http://cookiescakesandshakes.blogspot.com/  )  Anyway, I think I'm finally coming out a little and am working on the eating/exercising again as part of it. 

Pre B: tea
B: 2 egg whites scrambled w/laugh. cow light cheese and a morningstar farm sausage patty
L:  ?  smart ones?
D:  a few bites of chicken and dumplings crock pot meal
S: fresh pineapple-yum!

wow, i'm sorry to hear everything your going through and have gone through.  sounds like your on the right track.  But remember the #1 step is to take and keep taking your meds.  I have a sister in law who has gone thru this many many times and she gets better and stops her med.  then 2-3 years later, after going through Hell, and infecting everyone around her, she starts the meds again and gets better.  I understand, how hard it is.  and as for your band, you need to fix you depression before worring about your weight.  I"m proud that your on the right track. and congrats on the business doing so well.  Hugs,  Cheryl

I went on the meds as soon as I realized I wasn't able to pull out of this on my own.  I had done really well off the meds for years.  Thanks for the support, I'm getting there :)

Same old crap, different day around here!

Ate WAYYYYYY  too much crap food today and NO exercise, so I'll be regretting this tomorrow!  Oh well!!!!

B:  2c ff milk, pb2 on wasa, mini cinnamon roll
S: protein bar, small regular chocolate nugget, dang TJ chocolate chip cookies (WHEW..they are ALL gone now!!!   Won't be letting THOSE back into the house!!!)
L:  (provided by work)  turkey sub (minus most of the bread..so mostly meat, cheese, veggies), a few potato chips and ANOTHER chocolate chip cookie!
S:  NONE!
D:  TBD
S:  way too high in calories and carbs, so I'm gonna try to pass on it tonight...we'll see how that goes!

DANG TOM!   Oh well!   Start over tomorrow!!!!!!!
