well, another hump day.  feels like Friday tho.  how you all doing with your accountability?  I dont see much of you, just wondering if that means your all doing good or not doing??  I'm doing good, except for exercise, but, in my defense, i'm still recovering from this terrible cold.  I really need to get back to walking, my SIL and I have signed up for a 5 K in march in Pennsacola FL.  it should be fun.  I finally dropped the lb. I gainned on Sat.  wow, my body wanted to hang on to that one.  I can see now, that your body really needs to be in full "Weight Loss" Mode to start dropping, the on again off again dieting just will screw up your body.  well, today everyone is home and I'm taking MLM to do his xmas shopping for his family, get him some xmas cards, and pick up a few groceries at Walmart. (NOT MEAT EWW)  so as far as weigh****chers, (weigh in Fri Morning) I need to drop another lb to at least loose this week and that will put me at 1 lb left to loose to get me to my lowest again.  I'm so happy I went to weigh****chers, even if its just weighing in weekly and keeping me honest.  I also like knowing what i'm doing.  I was so confused before.

Meal Plan:
B:  Coffee
L:  fahita, ham, swiss, lettuce, pickle roll up w/mustard (only 3 points) yummy
S:  ww cake 1 point
D:  making a potato, spinach, ham, swiss casserole for Family... beef ribs and salad for me
S:  Jello Surprise

Hope you have a great  veterans day.

I have exercised  on the wii  this morning  and have  had  yogurt and coffee.

Not sure what the  rest of the day will bring.  Maybe go to bangor shopping.   

I  too do  weigh****chers  to keep myself accountible and to  make the lifestyle changes  that need to be made.

I dont do much  bread so i can stay low on the carbs that can  make  ww  high in carbs.

I do love my veggies and soup.  Think i will make  a soup of some kind today.

Well I exercised on the Wii this morning, but today I did yoga.  It was different but I broke out a sweat so I guess that's good. Still running late in the am though so I have to figure out something different.

PreB: coffee and water
B: wake up wrap   
     coffee
L: deviled egg and string cheese
S: not protein chips, they are NASTY!  might have a protein RTD shake, we'll see
D: that moose steak is still marinating, so I HAVE to eat it tonight and salad

Last night I tried a poached egg on toast, bad idea.  I can not tolerate bread, it makes me sick every time I eat it. I was hoping being almost six months out that I could have it as I need some more fiber in my diet.  But I wretched for 15 minutes and looked like death warmed over this morning.


20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

Still here!  Glad this week is almost over!  Work is slow, but with kids being sick, it's been crazy around here!  I'm still hoping and praying that I don't get this crap! 

I'm heading out to pick up groceries shortly and then out for a Nordic walk or off to the gym...I haven't decided yet!

B:  2c ff milk, pb2 on wasa
S:  TJ chocolate chip cookies (BAD BAD BAD!!!)  turkey jerky
L:  greek yogurt, hilo, blueberries
S:  another wasa with chocolate PB2  (can you say TOM rapidly approaching??!!!???!!!???!!!)

Kelly.... have you tried whole grain bread or wasa crackers?

Patty.... do you stay away from carbs for a reason?  I usually have some at every meal. but I stay with good carbs, beans, ww/grain breads/crackers, sweat potatoes, parsnips, fruit, flax low carb fahita's.

not much energy today. I am going to attempt getting up at 6am to go work out with a friend before i go to work. pray for me!!!

Today was an off day foodwise for me because I slept late due to having the day off.  I did some shopping to get some more clothes for work and pick up some necessities like underwear and body wash.  It's amazing how fast all the little things add up.

B:  Protein Bar
S:  Starbucks skinny hazelnut latte
L:  Wendy's Chili
S:  A few cheddar Sun Chips
D:  Baked Tilapia at Olive Garden (wicked yummy)
S:  Pineapple cottage cheese
