I hate food.

Before the soft high protein diet started, I was drooling over my new menu in the binder.  Now that I'm actually able to eat it, I really hate food.  Eating is a chore and most of the time it hurts because I still haven't figured out how slow to go.  I know from everyone I've talked to that it gets better.  I'm just whining tonight.  Ughh!

I am 10 weeks out and trust me, it does get better. I was just as frustrated when I was where you are at.  Eating was certainly a chore.  Keep your chin up.

I still have problems with eating waaay to fast and not chewing enough :(. It has gotten better though and it will for you to. Before you eat tell yourself to take your time and chew. I try to do this and when I remember I usually do it right. Best of luck

It does get better!!!  Just take your time and chew, chew, chew.  This too shall pass.  If you get any pain or anything, though, be sure to call your doc.  Take your time and hang in there!
