IT"S THursday.... almost Friday

Good Morning all you wonderful, hardworking friends.  I'm feeling much better this morning, my head feels sore and sensative, but I can breath, coughing is much better.  I plan on Vacuuming the whole house today (3 floors) might just do me in, since I havn't done anything in a week.  the house is a filthy mess.  anyway,  even tho I was sick I couldn't stay away from food, I didnt taste anything and kept going back for more,  I weighted in at the same today so was happy with that, could have been worse.   I'll just have to accept what ever I weigh in at tomorrow and accept that NEXT week and a new week.  **** happends. Right?  I used all my points Plus all my extra points,  I think all I have left of my 35 Extra points for the week is 2. oppps!!!  I guess I"ll need to plan a little more today.  I get weighted in tomorrow.  From my scale I THINK?? i've lost 2.  i'll take it.  we'll see.  so my plans for today.  what are yours?

B:  2 coffee's  egg sandwich (1 egg white, sl ham, flat roll whole wheat)
L:  salad w/ ham and cheese
S:  Apple
S:  Jello  (my hard time of day)
D:  Weigh****cher's recipe:   Potato and corn chowder w/tomato

Well I had a ball last night with my friens, we made three ornaments (pics will come this weekend) and a centerpiece.  She made lots of food and I ate a couple pieces of cheese, some artichoke/spinach dip w/cracker and some beef stew AND a little bit of pork off a pulled pork sandwich. I also had a bite of a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie, it was heaven!!

So I started my exercising this morning, I am so proud of myself and I'm so glad that I did it.  I got up with hubby as usual and he had my cup of coffee ready, we watched Married with Children until 6 am (morning ritual) and then he left for work and I did 30 minutes of step aerobics.  I was a few minutes late for work, so I'll have to figure out how to shave off a few minutes elsewhere in my morning rituals, but it worked!

Pre B: coffee and 2 glasses of water!!! Yeah!!
B: wake up wrap
S: coffee
L: tuna w/mayo
S: turkey jerky
D: leftover chicken and some sort of veggies
S: ? not sure, probably a glass of wine and maybe a few almonds

We are setting up our "village" tonight.  My DH loves Christmas and he likes to put the village up early and leave it up late.  It is pretty and I enjoy it too.  So we will probably play Christmas music and have a couple of ****tails and set up the village.

Being sick burns extra calories, doesn't it, Cheryl?   It's hard to always make the right choices when you aren't feeling well. I know I fall back on those comfort foods when I'm sick and they aren't always the best choices!  Like you said..........new week coming right up!  Hope you are on the mend and continue to feel better!

I went to a meeting at work this morning and then had to go look for some earbuds for DH's iPod!  He's SO picky!  (Have to be black, have to be a certain type, under a certain price..OMG!  Just SHOOT me now!  lol!)  I THINK I found some!  If he doesn't like them, he can take them back and find his own!  SHHEESHHH!!  This afternoon, I have an appointment to go get all my passport paperwork turned in.  Hopefully, I've got everything I need.  Do you all suggest the passbook or card?  I know the card is cheaper and I don't plan on flying anywhere, but what do you all think?

Anyways........for the eats!
B:  2 c ff milk, jupiter sammie (I'm out of them, so guess what I'll be doing sometime this weekend!)
S:  3-4 cashews and a sugar free Dove chocolate!   mmmmmmmmmmmm
L:  salad with chicken breast
S:  probably none
D:  I think I'm gonna try that hungry girl recipe........we'll see how it goes!
S:  probably some Only 8

We just got the passport card.  we are going on a cruise.  We leave tomorrow.  I hope I am able to make good food choices.  We have decided we are going for a walk everyday and using the workout room!  Lets hope we do!
