I'm backkkkk
Sorry I didn't post yesterday, Those 2 girls (Kathy and Ruth) got me all tired out with their visit) haha.... we had a great morning, I got caught up on my talking. I'm a very loney woman. you know !! MLM dont talk but a few words and when DH comes home he heads down to his Man's CAve and I am alone all day and night. Boooo Hoooo, i really dont mind, but after a few cups of coffee, the tongue wouldn't stop. hehe anyway, I did good, followed my WEigh****cher to the T again, scale down another 1.5 lbs. I'm so happy I returned to WW, for me just knowing i'm paying and weighing in weekly, might just be what I needed. Of course with all You'z support too. so lost 4 lbs last week and so far I think 2 this week. so my plans for today? I was going to stack wood and finish leaves, but i've got this chest/cough and my head is pounding so I think I'm going to sit and be lazy today. my food plans:
B: Coffee 2, white egg sandwich
S; fruit coctail w/ff cool whip
L: Veggie soup
S: 100 cal. popcorn
D: ww pasta beef soup and ww galic bread served w/parm cheese
S: Jello surprise

Thank you...........btw..........for sending that 1.5 pounds over to me! That's what I gained overnight! AARRGGGHHHH!!!!!!!! Amazing how I can eat 1200 calories and STILL gain weight! I know! I know! Fluid! Oh well........one day I'll learn and QUIT weighing myself every day! haha! NOT!
I wanted to sleep in this morning, but, of course, that didn't work out! So, guess I'm outta here to go vote and then ????????
No plans for the eats yet, but here's how I've started:
B: 2c ff milk, pb2 on wasa and 1/2 banana (thanks Kathi! haha!)
L: depends where I am at lunch time!
D: ??

Today is a lazy day for me too. Have to take Danny for an evaluation to see if he can get SSI at 5pm today. It's making me nervous so I hope it goes well (or poorly) depending on what they're looking for. I did get out and vote - everyone make sure you do as well! I also went to the consignment shop and got a gorgeous black lined trench coat - in a size Medium. I was so surprised it fit, but it's great timing because I didn't have a nice coat and needed one for the weekend.
