Portland here i come

Shawn is having  surgery in Portland at Maine Med  tomorrow morning  he has to be at the hospital  at  7:30.   Dr  Kim is going to try to take out the filter that they put in an artery in his legs for blood clots before the band surgery.   They tried to take it out in bangor and it  was broke so they couldnt get it out.  They wanted to send him out of state but dr obrien was talking to dr kim in scarborough and he  thought he could do the same thing that they were going to do out of state  so  Portland here we come.  I am taking my lap top with me.

Keep him in your prayers that we are home  tomorrow evening.

Good luck to Shawn tomorrow.  I'll keep him in my prayers.

He  was suppose to have it out six weeks after his  surgery  but   they couldnt get it out.  He  has lost about  60 pounds since he started the program  about 20 since surgery.  He  is feeling a little restriction and needs to  diet  and get back on weigh****chers  and use the tool.  But i am sure he is waiting for this to be over  too.

We are home but the filter is still in him.   They couldnt get it out.  Now  this doctor going to talk to someone in california  and said  next time will be the charm.  I sure hope so.!!!  long day!!!
