Old Days

1.  Are you married? how long? how many kids?
 Yes for over 5 years, but feel like a single parent most days (Army stationed overseas); 2 boys James who will be 7 soon and Xander 3.

2.  What do you do for work?  
 I'm a student right now finishing my elementary ed degree online, 3 more terms!!  I have been an ed tech for 6 years and before that I worked in child care.

3.  What are your favorite Hobbies?
Making beaded jewelry right now; expensive hobby and addicting when I happen to walk into a bead store!  I also quilt and scrapbook

4. Name one thing you enjoy and look forward to winter. (possitive)
I'm so not a winter person, but this year I'm determined to get out more with my kids so they can enjoy snow like I did when I was a kid.  I'm getting all new snow gear for Christmas from my parents and hopefully it will keep me warm and cozy.  My feet are the problem, get cold quick...we will see!

5.  IN the next month, tell us about something exciting that will be happening in your life. 
My baby boy is turning 7!  Yikes.  My one year surgiversary is coming up on 10th.  Jon is coming on the 12th and we haven't seen each other in person in 15 months.  Going to enjoy the 17 days he will be here.

I've only been married for 17 months but been with David for 22 years. We have a 6 yo daughter Charlotte

2.  What do you do for work?  
 I work for regional transportation in Portland as a volunteer driver

3.  What are your favorite Hobbies?
 Any kind of crafts and I LOVE thrift shops

4. Name one thing you enjoy and look forward to winter. (possitive)
I love watching it snow and the excitement that goes with a blizzard.

5.  IN the next month, tell us about something exciting that will be happening in your life. 
I have a hysterectomy scheduled for 11/16 and hopefully an appt with a plastic surgeon for a tummy tuck. I've have all my required paperwork done so i'm just waiting for a date now!!

     Yes I am married, been for 12 years to Nelson, I have 3 kids, Daniel 24, Nichole 20, and Ashley will be 16 on Nov 8th (just got her permit, Lord help us all!). I married Nichole and Ashley, but Nichole has lived with us since she was nine, so she's MINE!! LOL

2.  What do you do for work?  
      I work at a Mental Health Facility as the Accounting Coordinator, we are getting ready to be bought by Maine Health the parent company of Maine Med and there are a lot of changes coming my way.

3.  What are your favorite Hobbies? I love to scrapbook although I don't spend as much time doing it as I would like to.  I also like to garden and cook.

4. Name one thing you enjoy and look forward to winter. (possitive)  I want to go Ice Fishing with my family, I was always too overweight to go before.

5.  IN the next month, tell us about something exciting that will be happening in your life.  I am having a hysterectomy in December, and I have wanted this for years.  Seems odd to look forward to surgery, but Mother Nature has been cruel to me since I was eleven years old and I'm tired of her.
