Since no one posted yet...what are you doing/eating today?  I finally found a dress to wear to the wedding next weekend, so I'm taking it in to get hemmed today because it's a tad too long.  I'll probably hit Kohl's while I'm out too.  Tonight a bunch of friends are going to Crystal Falls in Chelsea for a birthday bash so that should be fun.  If only I could decide what to wear!!??!?!

B:  Cottage cheese w/pineapple

S:  Click shake

L:  Pintos & Cheese at Taco Bell?

S:  1/2 apple w/peanut butter

D:  Have no idea yet

S:  not sure

Hope everyone enjoys their day and has a great Halloween!

Thanks Deirdra,  had to run out of house this morning early, wanted to get my mall walk in before weighing in at "Weigh****cherrrrrs""" hehhee, ya'll ready for this?  I LOST 4 lbs.  I'm so excited, I really worked hard this week, and i'm very proud of my self.   3 more lbs. and i'm at my lowest again,  well, kinda, I am just guessing cause all these scales are all different, but lets just say.....  so I did groceries after,  DAMN,  seems like i spend $300 bucks a week.  how much do  you all spend  "Approx"  I"m always out of something, I go to Walmart for some things, Hannaford for 0thers, BJ"s for some..  it's just out of control.  so as for today and eating, I'm actually celebrating right now, but COUNTING IT !!!!!  here are my dinner plans:

Ham Steak and CHicken LEGSSSS (i've been craving them all week and yes with skin on) (Weigh in night treat) w/ boilled potatoes and string beans and spinach, salad for me.

YAY for those 4lbs!!!!  The hard work really does pay off eventually!  I spend a ton on groceries too because I still have to buy some moderately junky food for everyone else, on top of the special food I buy for myself.  It's worth it though.

No way you spend $300 a week on groceries.  That's got to be an exageration.  How much do you really spend Cheryl?
We spend $80-$90 weekly and that includes my vitamins.  That's 3 meals a day (and snacks) for two people...3 people on Sundays.  We eat out about once every month or two and that's not factored into the $80-$90.

Sorry, no exageration. I spent $380 today, and $180, last Sunday, it averages out to atleast that.  and that's not counting the milk my DH picks up everyday, the breat we get at the local bread store, the soap, shampoo and detergent I get at Walmart.  I make lunches, breakfast, and Dinner daily, and lots of DIet food, fresh veggies.  tonight, I cooked a Ham steak and a family pack of chicken,  "ITS GONE"... plus veggies and pot.

Well, I am SOOOO glad it's Friday.

B: Skim Milk
     Coffee
S: wake up wrap
L: salad and small piece of haddock (my friend took me out to lunch, she has a band and we laugh at how little we now eat compared to when we used to go out and gorge ourselves)
S: 1/2 fiber one bar (having trouble with poopage lately)
D: going to friends and she is baking a ham, I am bringing carrots so I'm not sure I think I'll have a protein shake before we go and just eat a little ham.  The salt kills me
S: couple of ****tails

Kelly.... I am sooo happy you are on this board, after about 2 years I think your the only one (or pretty close) to admitting and enjoying a "****tail"  I have said since day one, I wasn't willing to give up my life, my friends, my parties and social life.  Thank you for being honest and Loving life.  we need to figure this all out so we can still enjoy yet be healthy.   the good thing with my band is It totally stops me short compared to what I used to have.  but,  if there's a party "bring it on"....

I did give it up until the Nut said it was okay, but it is a part of my life and I enjoy being with my friends, not that I can't have fun without it, but I have more fun with it! LOL  Funny about RNY though is I get a buzz real quick and it goes away just as quick, But I agree with you, compared to what I used to eat and drink (which kind grosses me out now when I think about it) my caloris are a thirs of what they were.

Now if I could just get that damn water in!!

Hey!  No need to give it up!  I would "partake" if it didn't effect me so badly. Just due to the anti-depressants I am on... It is not pretty. I get the room spins after two sips of alcohol. I miss not being able to drink my margarita's!!

Today has been a pretty nice day around here, so far!  DH always has Fridays off, so, once we got the kiddos off to school, I went to the doctor and we took off: BJ's for a couple of things, oil change for the car, Portland to the Scout shop, Wally World, Cabela's, and then lunch at the Old Country Buffet!  It was probably WAAYYY too much walking for me as I am REALLY sore now (and that sneeze that felt like it was going to blow out the side of my abdomen didn't help either!)  So, now I am relaxing and going to find some supper!

Eats for today:
B: 2c ff milk, Chocolite protein bar
L:  baked fish, cabbage, carrots, part of a chicken thigh, 1/4inch piece of fudge, 2 bites of apple crisp, and a chocolate chip cookie!  NOM NOM NOM!  MAN......was I stuffed!
D:  not sure yet.........gotta go see what I have in the fridge!
S:  Only 8, of course!!!!!

I am outta work for another week!  It's kinda nice to be home for the kids, but not having to use my vacation time at work would be nice too!  Oh well!  Just gonna try to keep healing and get back to work as soon as I can.  Glad I have a VERY understanding supervisor!!!

Hope everyone is enjoying their Friday!!!!!!
