Good morning,  so happy it's Monday again,  everyone is back to work and I can concentrate on eating what I need to eat, not what people tell me to eat.  I hate going places and there is no choice for me or they shove the desert at you.  oiyyy anyway.  I just got back from my walk (3750 steps) and i plan on stacking some wood, then swimming this afternoon, I was wondering how many laps = steps and I found this site,  http://www.gethealthyclarkcounty.org/walk/miles_activity.htm

found that 20 mins of swimming = 4000 steps which is approx. 2 miles so after today I should have walked about 4 miles.  isnt' that awesome??? i'm so proud of myself.  anyway... enough about me, i've been thinking of Ruth and sending some good vibes her way.

what you eating today:
2 coffee's
1 egg on whole grain flat roll
salad w/crabmea (imitation) ff dressing

Dinner Plans:
Taco Salad w/salsa instead of dressing, ground beef/taco seasonning, and cheddar cheese and T of Sour cream.

Detox-ing from my month or two of crap.  Just liquids for me today and tomorrow too if I can make it through.  Must stop eating crap.  A walk is in store for me tonight as well.

I am making a "salad" for dinner too.  I feel like I haven't had any veggies for years.


B: skim milk (didn't feel well, went back to bed)
S: skim milk
L: wake up wrap
S: coffee
S: protein shake to make up for not much protein and having salad for dinner
D: salad

Well, the OH conference just about starved me to death and wandering around NYC with my peeps Friday night I finally broke my stall and lost another 3 pounds, woo hoo!  Down 110 and counting!

I am not doing much today...........walked out of the hospital, does that count?  haha

I'm FINALLY eating again!  WOOOHOO!!!!   Made me a scallop and veggie stir fry for lunch...that's my COMFORT food and it goes down SOOO good!   I am STUFFED now!   Heading off for a nap!

I need me some peanut butter today!  What can I say.........I have a craving!!!!!!
