well, i'm probably not going to be so good today, since I start WW tomorrow morning, wasn't planning on walking today. i'll get my water in tho. I'm very frustrated but happy and have high hopes for WW.  my plans for today, are very boring, i am attempting to clean my DH's desk.  he will be "*****ing" when he comes home, he always does when I clean it.  I always manage to loose something, even tho I try hard not to move his stuff too much.  my dinner plans are:

Garlic Chicken w/ spaghettie squash recipe below (I'm using WWheat Bread for the Bread cubes)

"Shredded spaghetti squash mixed with sour cream, mushrooms, and onions, topped with Parmesan cheese and cubed bread and baked until bubbly and toasted. Delicious and simple, too!" Ingredients:
3 pounds spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise and seeded 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 medium onion, chopped 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms 1 teaspoon dried basil 3/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 3 slices bread, cubed
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
2. Cook squash on a baking sheet in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until tender. Shred with a fork once cooled slightly, then transfer to a lightly oiled casserole dish, discarding shell. Do not turn off the oven.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the onions, mushrooms, and basil until onions are translucent and tender. Stir onion mixture and sour cream into the squash until well mixed. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover with bread cubes.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until warmed through and top is lightly browned and toasted. Enjoy!

Sounds good, but I don't know about spaghetti squash. I suppose I need to try it again.  I have a migraine today so I know I won't be good either.

     coffee
S: crustless spinach quiche
L: turkey protein meatballs w/NSA sauce and dreamfield's pasta
S: protein shake

Been really pushing myself to get my water in.  It's really hard, but getting more of a habit now I hope.

I am being REALLY bad today and tomorrow!  I figure that being on clear liquids this weekend........I'm entitled to a little "last supper" syndrome!  haha!  I'll behave A LITTLE!

I've got 2 patients seen already and I have two left to see. Then I am off to the gym and have to be back in time to get youngest son to "cell night" at school.  He had to make a plant cell (he baked a  cake and decorated it with a couple of his school buddies........it came out pretty cool!)  Boys have scouts tonight, so I think they'll all have pizza for supper as we won't get back from school till about 530 and scouts starts at 630!  OIIYY!!!

For me:
B:  2c ff milk, jupiter sammie, sf chocolate chips  (TOM, does it to me all the time!!!)
S:  1 dunkin munchkin and carbquik chocolate chip cookie!
L:  greek yogurt, berries and hi-lo cereal (I substituted a banana yesterday, for the berries, and felt REALL bad for a while!  I think that was too many carbs or sugar all at one time.  I won't do that again any time soon, though it sure tasted pretty good!)
S:  protein brownie
D:  not sure yet...I made some turkey chili last night, so I might have that, who knows?
S:  only 8 and some light chips!

Have a great day everyone!

TOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Nuff said, right?   I crave them at this time of the month and once I am done, I'll be back to craving salty stuff!  Go figure!!!!!!!!

I could go for a beer about now but I think it might make my tummy "explode" so I won't go there!  haha!
