I have kind of a weird day today!  I only have 1 client to see and then I have the dentist at 2pm.  In between, I am picking up groceries and looking at computers!  WOOHOO!!

Eating will be weird today, just because I'm not having a "typical" work day!

B:  2c ff milk, jupiter sammie
S:  carbquik chocolate chip cookie
L:  maybe a salad out somewhere?
S:  not sure, depends how I feel after the dentist appt
D:  again, it depends how the tooth feels

well, my feet and hips and arms feel much better today, so I think i'll go for my 2 mile walk today.  and I looked on line for meeting times for Weigh****chers.  I gave it a few weeks on my own, but decided I need more Accountability & weekly weigh ins.  I'll go on Friday morning at 10:00.  I'm excited cause I really want to buckle down for our vacation in March, I want to reach 180 lbs. and I know I can do it, I just need someone to push me a little more.  well, beside doing the same old crap here at home (laundry, cooking, cleaning) that's about it for me.  My Healthy DInner plans are:

Well last night I took a sleeping pill that I was prescribed pre-surgery.  BAD IDEA!  Within five minutes I was dizzy and my DH had to help me to go potty and put me to bed. He was so worried about me he kept peeking under the covers ( I sleep with them over my head) every few minutes to make sure I was okay.  Taht will teach me!

B: wake up wrap
     coffee
S: Nik's egg rosettes
L: 2 turkey protein meatballs, NSA sauce, and Dreamfield's pasta
S: almond crisps (thanks Tracy, I am now addicted!! LOL)
D: piece of steak and some veggie
S: depends on where my numbers are, I haven't run them yet

It's a pretty quiet day around here today.  I slept in and didn't get to the gym until about noon.  I'm working on week 4 of the Couch to 5k program and this week is kicking my butt.  I'll keep plugging away though because I really want to do the Gasping Gobbler on Turkey Day.

D:  probably Lean Cuisine meatloaf
S:  Wasa w/PB
