last night by attending a support group meeting last night in Bangor. Met some wonderful people! Now Im just waiting for appointments :)

That's great, I went to my support group meeting LAST October, the time really flies. Use it to get used to your post op ways and your transition will be so much easier.

20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

Hi Jan it was nice meeting you last nite. I am sure it was real late when you got home. Did you see any moose on the way.

The girls are right take this time to try to change some habits . I started with the little spoon long before suregery and still use it.
