what you doing and eating today
Uggg, good morning, Need my coffee and hot tub bad this morning. MY BODY Urts bad from doing all those leaves and walking 2 miles. Gonna get in a shorter but hilly walk today "POwer Walk"... but first, things first...

I need to get that darn water in. I know it's part of my problem... that and no exercise!! Water first.
Dinner is going to be turkey protein meatballs with no sugar added spaghetti sauce on a couple of tablespoons of dreamfield's low digestible carb pasta.
Drinking coffee now, had my skim milk already and my wake up wrap earlier. Have leftover ham, some corn and a tblsp of mashed potato for lunch. I'm trying to reel back in my portion sizes, just because I can eat more, I don't need to. Oh well.

It's been crazy buzy around here! I can't wait to have next week off! Even if I am in pain!!!
I've been grazing a bit yesterday and today (TOM is about to start.........just in time for surgery next week! I can't WAIT!!)
So far today: ff milk, jupiter sammie, carbquick chocolate chip cookie, pb2 on wasa, greek yogurt with blueberries and hi-lo cereal, protein brownie, stir fry, only 8, and 5 cinnamon "cat" cookies from Trader Joe's. I need something salty, so I may have a FEW potato chips! (I REALLY AM doing better with eating less of them!!!!!!! HONESTLY!!!!!!!)
Light day at work tomorrow as I'll be in the dentist's chair most of the afternoon! YUCK!!!! BUT, I'll be glad to get rid of the pain in this tooth! I mean really..........what else on this old body can start to hurt?!?!?!?!?!?! lol!!!!!!! (Gotta laugh or I'll cry!!!!!!!!)
