A few WOW moments... its been a while...

1. My weight when no****ching it and counting calories/carbs stays at about 255... so "easy" to forget and revert to "old" ways but what could i acomplish if I try harder and count them?

2. Working full time with teenaged boys that EAT ALL THE TIME is stressful, especially when its manditory to sit and eat with them, UNTIL I relized that I can eat SOME of what they make and not hurt their feelings if I don't eat it all (they like it when there is "more for them" anyway lol)

3. Im tired of being "less fat" then I was before... and being stuck at my "middle weight" instead of my after weight... nows time to do something about it!!

4. Im WAY COMPETITIVE... finding out that 2 people I know are getting surgery has spaked this... WEIRD but im going to use it to motivate me....

SO I am going to do what I know I should and probably be here a lot more (this helps me...) and get to my goal (eventually... ) at my own pace....

ANOTHER THING, people tend to stay away when they fail or are having a rough time.  THAT !!! is when you need to be here,  we dont want to hear about you doing good (well, yea, maybe a little) but we are here to help each other and try ot find results to our problems.  believe me, I"ve been here a while and have seen people come and go.  dont give up,  I need you guys, more then  you know.

I have to agree with Kelly and Cheryl!  Coming here helps me stay accountable...........even when I'm having "down" days!  The support here is great!

Sounds like you are learning what works for you and what doesn't!  Just keep working with your tool!   It'll happen for you!  Have faith!
