what you eating today?

Glorious Morning to ya.  What are you plans today?  and what you eating.  this week I made a good friend a promise to start exercising with her, even tho she is in Texas we are going to try to start over today.  I had a rough weekend with my plan.  so it's just another Monday in my eyes.

I am having my coffee, faxing paperwork, sitting in hot tup after the guys all leave for work, go for 2 mile walk, finish up leaves and gardens, laundry, and whippin up some dinner. 

I made a ham yesterday and have some left overs so my plan is to make:

some deviled Eggs,
Ham Salad (for lunches)
cubbed up ham and cabbage stir fry

B:  2 Coffee's and 2 thin sl pepper cracked turkey w/rf 1 sl swiss cheese
S:  pbutter on wasa (1 lite)
L:  Salad
S;  1/2 deviled Egg
D:  Stir Fry
S:  Jello sf

I am heading off to work.  I need to call the dentist as I have a tooth that's bugging me (has been for a few days, but it's getting worse and I don't need an infection in there before next week!!)  My cold is a little better though my ear feels really clogged up (and it's the one with the tube in it....go figure!)   After work, I am hoping to hit the gym..........it's getting WAY too cold for me to be outside walking!  Paperwork, supper, and homework with the kiddos will round out my day!!!  haha!

For the eats:   (here's the plan, unless I have to go to the dentist)
B: 2c ff milk, Jupiter sammie
S: carbquik chocolate chip cookie
L:  fage, berries, hi-lo cereal
S:  pb2 on wasa (pre-workout)
S2:  (post work out) protein brownie
D:  fam will have leftover lasagna, I'm not sure what I'll have yet.
S:  may not need one!  depends how many calories I burn off at the gym!

I've been a carb ***** lately so I have vowed not to anything that wasn't protein, veggies, fruit or dairy into my mouth this week and ONLY when I am hungry.  I registered for the Thanksgiving 5K here in Gorham and am no where near ready for it so I need to work on that as well.  I hope to alternate run/walk for 1/2 miles segments.  I can do 1/4 miles now so I have some work to do.  Sigh.  I CAN DO IT!!!!

B: crystal light
     tea
(not hungry from some midnight snacking)  <-------still fighting this one but soooo much better!!

L: hamburger (no bun)
    cucumbers

S: ?
D: the fam is having Hawaiin Chicken w/rice so I'll stick to the chicken and whatever veggie I decide to make. 


I thought about doing the pouch test but I really just need to go back to basics and do what I need to do....you know?  Not sure if I'll make it to the gym or not but will walk if I don't. 

Oh, and water!  NEED to drink my water!

Great idea for the ham. I made one yesterday too and it was a challenge to not use brown sugar.  I used some sugar free marmalade, and SF maple syrup with the cloves.  I also boiled it twice before I baked it to get some of the sodium  and fat out. I like the deviled egg idea.

Pre B: skim milk and coffee
B: wake up wrap (boy I missed those last week)
S: decaf coffee and string cheese after
L: ham
S: protein shake
D: ham and green beans
S: decaf coffee

I have to work 10 hour days because I have Friday off to go to the OH conference in NY with some other gals.  Can't wait, sure no one else wants to come?

Happy Monday everyone!  Today I have way too many things to do.  Gotta go to the gym since I haven't been since Thursday (bad me).  I need to get some groceries too since I'm out of a lot of my staples.  Then my daughter has her first Driver's Ed class tonight and I have to be there for the first hour of it.  Of course that coincides with support group so I unfortunately have to miss group.  Oh well...

B:  SlimFast Low Carb Choc Shake
S:  Starbucks Skinny Latte
L:  White Chicken Chili
S:  PB on Wasa
D:  I have no idea yet
S:  Pineapple cottage cheese.

meatloaf and bacon.... not a LOT of protien, but im working on that too... sometimes it just doesn't agree with me... lately a lot of things are not feeling great
