Interesting info about Chia Seeds

I'm not really clear sometimes, either. Sorry.
I fill the quart jar with water after the seeds are in there. Believe me, they'll absorb every bit of it by the next morning. They will stay good for a least a week if you refrigerate them. At least, that's been my experience.
I hope they don't help me with weight loss, I'm trying to gain, not lose. They are helpful to me because they slow transit time, and my poop is a bit more firm. Having said that, they are promoted as helping with weight loss, and, in a differently plumbed digestive tract, I believe they could do that, too. The fiber is really great.
I eat them for breakfast every day. Some people take them more frequently, and I'm sure that's okay, I just don't take the time to do it.
You can get them online for less. I order mine from
www.naturalremi-teas.com
and, since I buy 10 pounds at a time, they cost $5.00 per pound (with shipping, it works out to less than $6 per pound)
I hope you find this helpful, and, don't hesitate to share the info. There is a lot of good that chia seeds can do, I think.
