New VLOG up - yes I am back with head hanging low
Not so great news. I have gone off the program and gained weight. Old habits die so very hard. Trying to be accountable so am back to Vlogging. Hope to hear from some of you.
Other than my weight gain, I am doing very well and while I don't check in here too often, I do follow you all on Facebook!

How wonderful to hear from you, I am hopeing you will return to OH and read this, I will cut and paste and message you also on facebook, so you might get this twice. First of all. I so understand how you feel, I've been struggling from the beginning, and I know you know that, and Yes, it is very painful to see eveyone do so well and I not. But I will never give up, even if It means starting a new diet every monday. I have also gainned a few lbs. but I blame that on being busy with DD's wedding and just not focusing on ME. so, I understand why you want to do the 5 day p test, and def. go back to basics, but what I also have found helpful and to work on "MY issues" yours, and hers, and his are all Different. I was slacking on water, exercise, like you eating carbs. so every wee****il I acheive my goal I work on my "Faults" ONE AT A TIME.... I'm doing well with my 64 oz of water daily now, and have switched over to ALL whole wheat or whole grain carbs, (when I have them) and so has my family which is good, cause then I don't have 7 kinds of bread in the cupboard. so, let me know where you would like me to post to you, I try doing a little here daily, and it is nice to hear from people who are having the same problems or even different ones, but I dont' hear from many. I'll gladly message with you on face book. Terri we can figure this out, just take it one step at a time, this whole new eating lifestyle was just thrown on you and you just never got new habbits going, so start slow. I know it can be discouraging at times. They do the surgery on our stomachs, not our heads. We ALL struggle at times. Just remember how much healthier you are and let that be your motivation! We're here for you if you need a hand or shoulder to lean on! Keep me posted!

Do I have to come out to Michigan and kick your butt?? You can do it!! I wonder sometimes if the Doc didn't make your pouch small enough... but you checked that out, right? Are you still going to Curves?
