what you eating and doing today?
well again I had a great day yesterday, I had me a bad headache mid afternoon (didn't have my coffee in the morning, due to appointments) but, I did loose a lb. so i'll take it, still have 6 lbs to loose to get down to my lowest weight. I'm going out with some Girl friends tonight, for Dinner and ****tails, we are going to the local Marina/restaraunt (they have a great crab cake) and then they are coming to my house before and after for more drinks. so will be a challenging night, I'm going to keep the calories/points low today and get my water in at least. as for my Healthy DInner plans for the family, it's their Treat night, so i gave them a choice.
Dinner plans:
Meat Ball Casserole w/ salad
layered healthy meatballs, no yoke egg noodles, spag sauce and topped w/melted cheese.
