what you eating and doing?
hey, where is everyone? I thought I did very good yesterday again, but again, no show on the scale. I'm not giving up yet... I am making some changes with the family and i hope it makes a difference in my weight loss at some point. i'm still doing ww. my changes have been whole wheat/no white flour/bread/pasta. oatmeal for breakfast, drink water. I need to do other changes but this is where I start for "Lifestyle"= healthy family. plans for today, i've been in town for MLM's dr's appt, now I wait for Refrig. repair man, then hope to run down to the new Hannaford in Gray for a few things.

I worked most of the day, had my performance appraisal (YEAH! I STILL have a job! That's exciting! haha!) went to the gym, had supper, finished paperwork, and now, I'm surfing! Will go watch Survivor and CSI shortly. MUST get to bed at a reasonable time tonight!
Had a pork roast in the crock pot when I got home from work tonight, so supper was easy to cook for the family. They all liked it too!
Your veggie stew sounds yummy! Wish I could convince people around here to try something like that! Oh well!
