after long weekend "Back to Basics"

Hello all, sorry i've been gone, but really need to get back on track today.  SO, this weeks goal for me, is to continue my : daily 64 oz. of water, 2 hours of exercise/wk, and trying something new:  keep reading.

I noticed this weekend, (I've noticed before) but in pictures I notice I look pregnant.  I can wear a size 12, but without my belly, I'd probably be even smaller. SO, i looked up foods that make you have fat bellies and foods to eat and avoid.  SO, today, I start eating Oatmeal for breakfast, cuttin back on cheese, and get this "Drink a glass of white wine"  yooohooo.  Let's see if I have this baby or not, lol  here are my family Healthy dinner plans:

Mexican pizza on fahita made with seasoned ground turkey and hamburg, cheese, chopped onions, black olives, tomatoes w/rf sour cream.

I'm feeling pregnant right now too.........maybe I can "lose" this "baby" in the toilet sometime today!   lol!!!!!!
