Ok..........so, I'm peeved..........AGAIN!!!!!! What's new right???    This maintenance crap is for the birds!  haha!   I'm up a coupla pounds again over the past week or so.  I KNOW I can get it back under control and it may be fluid and I've been working out more, etc, etc, etc..........SO, why does this mess with my mind so much???    Sorry..........just had to vent/whine for a second.   It's over now!  haha

Anyways.......today I am heading out for dd's last field hockey game at Erskine Academy.  DH is coming with me, so this should be fun!   After the game, I am hoping to stop in Augusta to shop for a few minutes.

Here's the eats.........

B:  2c ff milk, light wheat toast with chocolate pb2
S:  carbquik/protein apple pie
L:  protein bar
S:  ??
D: ??
S:  only8  (BJ's Dairy treat closes on Monday.........so SAD!!!!!!!)

I know what you mean...I think those metabolism tests they give you is a load of crap too.  Mine said I need almost 2000 cal a day to maintain weight with no exercise.  I have been playing with the same two pounds for a month now and not eating over 1200 a day and exercising.  Not impressed.  I have even increased snacks to see if the will give it a boost.  I think part of my problem is I eat the same thing for breakfast everyday.  I hate ot give it up because it is high in protein and goes down good.  It took me months before I was able to even eat breakfast so I hate to have to experiement other options.
