Day 1 Liquid diet
You know, but it's pretty sad when the highlight of my day was eating my chewable multi-vitamin last night.
First of all, I was HUNGRY from about 4 p.m. on. I did okay until then, but from 4 p.m. to bedtime, it was hard.
Second, I had a hard time sleeping last night because I was hungry, so I got up and ate a light yogurt and that helped.
I am at work today and I feel really, really fatigued. I can't tell if it's because my body is not used to this, if it's because I didn't sleep well (I also got up to pee last night 3 times which is really weird for me) or if it's because it's a blah day.
Last, please.... someone tells me this gets easier after a few days. I know I can do this, but it's tough!
