It's FRIDAY!!!!!! Whatchya eating?

TGIF!!!!!!!!   Hope everyone has an AWESOME day!

I am headed out to work while the kiddos and DH sleep in this morning!  Lucky them!!!   The only good thing about work is that I THINK I'll have a short day today!  WOOHOO!!

I'm not feeling super great, so not sure how the eating is gonna go, but here's the plan:

B:  2c ff milk, pb2 on wasa
S:  2c ff milk. carbquik chocolate chip cookie
L:  ETA:  low carb wrap with chicken and low fat chees with salsa (like a quesadilla ?sp)
S:  protein brownie
D:  ??
S:   only 8, of course

Looks like I have a plan doesn't it?  haha!   I need to get some exercise done, but I just can't seem to get going because of the pain in my lower abdomen.  I hope the next week and a half flies by!  I am not looking forward to surgery BUT  I AM looking forward to HOPEFULLY getting rid of this pain!

sounds like you have a surgery date?  i hope they can finally put you pain at ease.  you take it easy and enjoy your weekend. 


I am gone for a few days,so won't beposting or planning anything cause I know i won't be doing it.  I've been bad this week.  I just don't know what to do anymore.  I think I might go to WW classes, i was hoping I could do this on my own, but obviously that didnt' work.  I'll see you all on Sunday.

Yup.........I have a date........the 21st!   I can't wait to HOPEFULLY get rid of this pain!!!!

Yep, I'll be off the board for awhile too.  Headed to Lee/Lincoln area to go moose hunting with my DH and DD and her boyfriend.  Should be a nice relaxing time... LOL

L:?  Not sure, I am leaving work and heading home.  Probably tuna w/light mayo
D: ?  leftovers since we will be leaving for the week I don't want to make anymore food

I was NOT able to go to low impac****er aerobics @ 7:15-8am or to Dana's exercise class @ 10am, the reason is, I have not car. I thought my car would have been ready early this am, but it isn't:-(   I did finish mowing my lawn from 11:50am to 1:30pm ( 1 hour & 40 minutes).   Breakfast: 2 cheddar rice cakes 2 weigh****chers peanut butter cookies 1/2 banana 3 oz yogurt (light & fit) 2 oz 2% milk in 7 oz reg coffee   snack 2 cheddar rice cakes 1/2 apple   Lunch: 9 oz zucchini boat with onions & red kidney beans 1/2 banana 4 oz skim milk   Supper: 6 oz zucchini boat with onions & red kidney beans 4 oz sardines w/o the soy bean oil 1/4 cantaloupe   Have a great day.
