Losing/gaining same three pounds
I have been at a stall for about a month. I keep losing and gaining the same three pounds. I realize stalls happen but can't help thinking that since I am six months out that I am at the end of my journey. I think I even have dreams about this three pounds. LOL Last night I swear I got up and weighed myself when I went to the bathroom and was down to my lowest 184 (in my sweatpants and shirt) when I got up this morning I couldn't wait to weigh myself and see that I had broke my stall and finally reached my goal (BMI that is overweight and not OBESE.) I steeped on the scale and was 187 (without clothes). Now how does that happen? I think I was just dreaming. So bummed. LOL Now if I could just dream about a fine looking rich guy. LOL

Hope you find that fine looking rich guy!!!!!!! lol
I hear ya about gaining and losing the same 3 pounds! BUT, you are only 6 months out and probably still have plenty of time to break this stall. Remember to get back to basics, log, protein first, drink your water, take your vitamins and keep up with the exercise! Our weight can fluctuate so much, even in 1 day due to fluid retention, TOM, how "dense" our food is.......the list goes on! Don't give up! Just keep working your tool and it'll keep working for you!!!!!!!

Me too. I've been playing around 182-184 since July. Someday that darned scale will say something lower.
So what exactly is the cement plant spewing into the air that keeps us midcoast girls from loosing?!?!?!? Or maybe it's the water?
