NUT appt
Okay, good news and bad news
Bad news - my scale at home is wrong .....I stepped on it at 7 am - it said 205. I stepped on theirs at the appt - 9 am and it said 208. I hadn't eaten anything...drank about 16 oz of coffee and peed most of that out.
Good news - I have lost 5.5 lbs since my last appt. Bad news - it's all muscle -cause of life and colds I haven't exercised much this month. UGH! She didn't seem overly concerned but reminded me to work in exercise.
The total weight loss from the preop weight is 10.4 lbs (40 since my appt with my pcp in January).
So anyway, don't have to go back for 3 months. Will be so glad to have my fill on the 20th of this month though.

My weight is always higher at my appointments than at home. I don't worry about a few pound difference between theirs and mine. I figure my $50 scale is not as accurate as their $$$ one.
I go next Tuesday and am curious about the loss and fat vs. lean numbers. Exercise - gotta work on that one.
