I have tried the torani syrup in the water of the coffee I perk, it tastes awful, can I use the torani syrups in smoothies or milkshakes?

Breakfast:
5 smoked almonds
2 oz light & fit yogurt
2 cup coffee with 2% milk to color it

snack
1/4 c applesauce
1/4 c low fat cottage

Lunch:
8 oz zucchini, onions, with kidney beans
1/4 cantaloupe

supper:
4 oz sardines with oil drained
5 oz zucchini & onions
1 SF fudgicle

Yesterday, I drank 40 oz of 74 oz water
I am in the process of taking my vitamins with ice water in a few minutes.

Have a great day.

Yup......the syrups are great flavorings for greek yogurt, smoothies, and I use them for baking too, when I need a bit of flavor boost!

I like the syrups in protein shakes, yogurt, baking,  and expecially in my coffee. I use about 1-2 teaspoons of eggnog torani in my huge mug ( = 2 normal mug size) with splenda and milk.

I have hazelnut, raspberry, vanilla, chocolate, gingerbread and eggnog now.  Thanks for the Odd Lots info- a bottle for $5.00!   They had vanilla and hazelnut in Augusta.
