whacha eating and doing today
well, again, yesterday was ok. I did meet my goal of walking and water, but food wasnt' the best. my feet and knees are feeling it today, my neck still from swimming on monday, i'm taking today off, doing groceries, so that takes a few hours away from sitting. so: what you doing today and your eating plans:
MY Healthy DINNER PLANS:
Stuffed pepper and cabbage layered casserole with ground turkey and beef. ( all I do is layer cooked ground meat, shredded cabbage, sliced peppers, onions, and topped with TOm juice) and Bake.

Well, I am very thirsty today. I think it's from the pot roast I made the other day, it was WAY too salty for me and I ate it anyway. Then I made it in to a beef stroganoff and ate some more! What is wrong with me??? I don't learn very well. The scales were up four pounds yesterday, my shoes were tight and my rings that are normally falling off barely come off. Salt is not good for me!!!!

no 45 minutes later, more water and coffee
S: FF milk
L: haddock chowder w/ five saltines
S: FF milk
D: not sure, maybe just some low salt ham slices and a piece of cheese as DH can eat the rest of the salty mess!
S: NSA ice cream with SF syrup and whippage
No exercise today, not going to walk in the rain.

Went to the YWCA -Bangor Pool 7:15-8am (low Impac****er aerobics)
went to have fasting blood work done @ 8:55am Blood sugar was 76 :-)
Breakfast:
1 Pumpkin muffin
2 oz deli turkey
2 oz american cheese
1/2 banana
Snack
20 oz coffee with 2 oz. creamer
Lunch:
6 oz sauteed zucchini, onions, radish, chick peas
4 oz sardines iol soybean oil drained
Snack:
1 apple
Supper:
8 oz. sauteed zucchini,onions, kidney beans
1 weigh****chers cookie
I am doing by best to sip on 74 oz of water throughout this day. i am in the midst of taking my vitamins, as well
Monday October 5, 2009 I walked 1 hour 8 minutes on my road
Tuesday October 6, 2009 i had walked 1 hour 7-8 minutes on my road
today, I went to water aerobics 45 minutes :-)
Salt does a job to me, swells me up big time. I just stay away from salt. I have had my quota for coffee, today, now i start drinking my water:-)
