Whatchya eating/doing today???
B: 2c ff milk, 1/4c egg beaters, canadian bacon, 1/4 low fat cheese
S: pb2 on wasa
L: fage, berries, hi-lo cereal, protein brownie
S: carbquik chocolate chip cookies
D: ???
S: ???
I think exercise will consist of PT and groceries for today! I'm just not "feeling it"!! haha

A friend recommended this Greek yogurt; so I checked it out at Hanafords...come to find out, there's a couple different kinds of "greek yogurt" I found one that has 23 grams of protein in a cup!! I bought single serve sizes of another kind, Chobana (somthing like that) and that averages 14 to 16 grams of protein...doesn't taste too bad, not as sweet as other yogurts, but good.
B: water, ff milk, then wake up wrap
no 45 minutes later, more water and coffee
S: FF milk
L: haddock chowder w/ five saltines
S: FF milk
D: not sure, maybe just some low salt ham slices and a piece of cheese as DH can eat the rest of the salty mess!
S: NSA ice cream with SF syrup and whippage
No exercise today, not going to walk in the rain.

l: whole wheat angel hair with tofu and spaghetti sauce

My routine this past week has been:
B: coffee with splenda and sf creamer - I can't stomach food 1st thing in the morning - this was the case even before the band
S: NSA carnation instant breakfast with Skim milk and a scoop of protein powder
string cheese
L: 1/2 cup of thai soup - chicken, bean threads, carrots and broth and 2 oz of yogurt
Afternoon: Coffee with splenda and sf creamer
Dinner: have a ton of leftover boiled dinner - will do up a hash with that
S: SF fudgesicle
I have to go to the store...I am out of my protein bars and almost out of protein powder and string cheese (I live on it for a snack).
But since the 5 day pouch test last week I think I have mostly kicked the carb trap I let myself get into...YEAH!! We'll see what the NUT's scale says tomorrow.
