Will be a busy day around here.........4 patients to see this morning, meeting at work from 1-3, PT at 4, groceries, homework, boys have Merit Badge college at 6.........OOOIIYYYYYY!!!!!   Should be fun!!!!

Whatchya eating/doing today???

B:  2c ff milk, 1/4c egg beaters, canadian bacon, 1/4 low fat cheese
S:  pb2 on wasa
L: fage, berries, hi-lo cereal, protein brownie
S:  carbquik chocolate chip cookies
D:   ???  
S:  ???

I think exercise will consist of PT and groceries for today!  I'm just not "feeling it"!! haha

Well, I've been sticking to yogurt and a bananna for breakfast, soup for lunch and then diner varies..depends on whats in the frige.  Though tonight, I think I'll do a salad and chicken.

A friend recommended this Greek yogurt; so I checked it out at Hanafords...come to find out, there's a couple different kinds of "greek yogurt"  I found one that has 23 grams of protein in a cup!!  I bought single serve sizes of another kind, Chobana (somthing like that) and that averages 14 to 16 grams of protein...doesn't taste too bad, not as sweet as other yogurts, but good.

I use both too. I use the Total Fage 0% fat in place of sour cream for all my recipes and I add some splenda to it and use it as a fruit dip.  It tastes a lot like cheesecake that way.

Well, I am very thirsty today. I think it's from the pot roast I made the other day, it was WAY too salty for me and I ate it anyway.  Then I made it in to a beef stroganoff and ate some more!  What is wrong with me??? I don't learn very well.  The scales were up four pounds yesterday, my shoes were tight and my rings that are normally falling off barely come off.  Salt is not good for me!!!!

B: water, ff milk, then wake up wrap
    no 45 minutes later, more water and coffee
S: FF milk
L: haddock chowder w/ five saltines
S: FF milk
D: not sure, maybe just some low salt ham slices and a piece of cheese as DH can eat the rest of the salty mess!
S: NSA ice cream with SF syrup and whippage

No exercise today, not going to walk in the rain.

b: 2 slices toast with peanut butter
coffee with splenda and sf vanilla powdered cream

s: green apple or protein bar

l: whole wheat angel hair with tofu and spaghetti sauce

s: green apple or protein bar - whatever i don't eat in the am

d: ham, swiss and pickle wrap - no bread - just wrapped in the ham

My routine this past week has been:

B: coffee with splenda and sf creamer - I can't stomach food 1st thing in the morning - this was the case even before the band
S: NSA carnation instant breakfast with Skim milk and a scoop of protein powder
     string cheese
L:  1/2 cup of thai soup - chicken, bean threads, carrots and broth and 2 oz of yogurt

Afternoon:  Coffee with splenda and sf creamer
Dinner: have a ton of leftover boiled dinner  - will do up a hash with that
S: SF fudgesicle

I have to go to the store...I am out of my protein bars and almost out of protein powder and string cheese (I live on it for a snack). 

But since the 5 day pouch test last week I think I have mostly kicked the carb trap I let myself get into...YEAH!!  We'll see what the NUT's scale says tomorrow.
