Hey all
Ok so I've been the same weight a year now. It's my own fault. I haven't been motivated and I'm comfortable where I am. Time to kick it up a notch. I'd like to lose another 18 pounds. I know I can do it. I just need to get back to more protien and less carbs. I'm exercising quite a bit but need to switch things up a bit.
Been having "rashes" on my belly. I took the insurance paper work into my doctor to validate if I would qualify for the panni removal. She isn't convinced I have enough skin!! So maybe if I loose another bit of weight I'll try again. I really hate the skin and I'm very self concious about it.
Anyway, life has been awesome yet busy but that's the way I like it. I pop in once in a while and check on everyone. It's nice to see new faces. I see a lot of you have great success. Keep up the great work everyone.
