Tiramisu Pudding...Yummy!
I made this over the weekend. It was so good and easy to make. I only made 1/2 of what the recipe called for and don't really know what the stats are, but used all reduced fat, sugar free indgredients.
1/3 cup SF Suisse Mocha Coffe (International Coffee); divided
2Tbsp ho****er
15 Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers (used enough to line the bottom of a glass dish)
2 1/2 cups of Skim Milk; divided
8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 Pkg. SF Vanilla or White Chocolate Instant Pudding
1 cup thawed Cool Whip (used the green container)
Dissolve 1Tbsp of coffee in ho****er and sprinkle over waferd in a glass dish. In a blender combine 1/2 cup milk, cream cheese, and the remaining undissolved coffee; blend. Add pudding and additional 2 cups of milk; blend until smooth. Pour over nilla wafers and add whipped topping. Sprinkle additional dry coffee over whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 3 hours to set.
