Really, take a moment and think about it.  What, so far is the best part of this weight loss journey?  Whether you had RNY, lap band, etc.

For me, it is that I can do so many things now pain free.  I still have a lot of weight to lose, but I'm at the point now where I feel so much better I don't even care if I lose any more weight.  Well, I mean I hope I do lose some more, but still.

the best part heh?  hmmmmm.... so far from being were I want to be, but alot closer then what I would be if I hadn't had my band.  I was on my way up, daily, and probably would be close to 280 lbs by now.  so although i've been frustrated with my weight loss, i'm certainly at fault and accept that.  But am happy in my size 12/14 rather then 20.

I'd take that size too!  I think that is pretty average size.

The doctor's chart says 125 for me too, but I'd just be happy to be under 200 and be able to stay there.

So far I have few, if any sleep apnea episodes. I am also getting around much quicker and most of all  I can ride safely in cars because the seat belts fit.

To be in a 12 and know that's a pretty average size instead of "plus" size of a 22/24.  To be about 20lbs from my goal because I will never be at a normal BMI for my height of 5'4".  I don't really want to be that small.  I know with the help of plastics I would be smaller than I am now but that's something I can't afford or want to have as an added expense at the moment.
