Good morning, UGGGGG!!! I had a terrible weekend.  Don't want to talk about what the scale told me this morning.  I missed my last week's goal of exercise to I'll try again with that one this week.  so Water and walking will be on my schedule.  I hope to go swimming tonight. so, my

Healthy DInner plans are:

Stir Fries and diet Egg fu young (sp)

I have a bunch of stupid little things to do today: laundry, clean bathroom, cut down some bushes in yard, paperwork, run down to dollar store and post office, pluck my eyebrows, paint my toe nails.  haha (Told you they were stupid), swimming at 3-4.  What you doing?

I had to cancel my 3 month follow up with the nutritionist and nurse for today.  Little Guy is still sick and now I have a cough and what sounds like pop rocks in my chest.  Fun times.  I have no idea about food today, I crave comfort foods of course b/c I'm sick.  Hmmm.....

I need to get to Wal Mart and do some shopping too.  We're all out of meat and veggies.....kind of key ingredients.

Well, I'm at work and it's month end...which for an accountant is a sucky time!  LOL My boss' last day was Friday and so there is no one but me to do this crap, and I don't even know who my supervisor is now.

PreB: 1 1/2 cups of Hood Countdown milk (hmmm... wonder where I picked up this habit, tiggerpt????)
B: DD wake up wrap
     coffee
S: cheese stick
L: lefover pot roast and 1/2 corn on the cob
S: 1/2 Fiber one bar
D: going to make some beef stroganoff w/the leftove pot roast, but I won't eat noodles and some peas
S: ? probably some decaf coffee w/flavored syrup

I need to do a test for my taxation class tonight and start on a research paper that is due next week, but I'll be in the woods moose hunting so I have to fini**** this week.

It's not bad, I'm used to it now and I love having some first thing in the am.  1 cup has only 45 calories and 8 grams of protein.  It's a great way to start off my day, Tiggerpt got me hooked!

I am 6 weeks out today, yay.  For the past two days I made it a point to get something into me in the morning. It upsets my stomach but it does not last long. I am running out of ideas for food options.  It is difficult to find things that are remotely appealing. I'm going to make another chili but that too is getting boring. I am up for any suggestions.  I did buy ricotta and have blended fruit with it, yum. Hope everyone is enjoying the early days of Autumn.

ohhh, yumm, try some racotta w/some spag sauce on it, w/rf cheese, and bake or warm in micro, it taste just like lazagna,  really good, as you get further out you can try adding a little ground turkey or beef to it.  your doing great, good for you.

I'm sick so was craving my homemade mac and cheese.  I made it but subsituted caulifower for the pasta and it was delicious.  It would have been better had I not gotten stuck and had to stop eating but what I had was tasty.  I used whole wheat flour and 50% red. fat cheddar so while I know it's still cheesy and fatty it wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been.

Well...........I made it through my day at work and went to PT and the gym (just to walk/jog for a while)  I got about 2.5 miles done in 32 minutes and gave up!  I'm just tired and, well, the pain is still the same.  I see the doctor tomorrow, so I guess I'll see what he thinks then!

Anyways........here's the eats:

B:  2c ff milk, Jupiter sammie
S:  pb2 on wasa
L:  protein brownie and carbquik sf chocolate chip cookie  (OMG!  YUMMYY!!  not much protein in the cookie......but STILL worth it!!!!!)
S: (pre-PT and gym) fage, berries, hi-lo cereal
D:  seafood and veggies
S:  only 8 (typical!)  haha

Oh yeah..........I LOVE my calorie countdown milk.....I'm so used to it now that regular or 2% milk tastes kinda odd (and I feel kinda yucky when I drink regular milk too!)  The stats are definately worth it!
