so what ya'll doing and eating today:





my Dinner plans:

Egg Roll Filler (used as stir fry's)

recipe
1 1/2 c cooked meat (shrimp, pork, hamburg, chic, ham)
1 bag bean sprouts
1 bag shredded cabbage (cole slaw mix)
1 lg onion sliced
1 pepper (Red or green or both)
2 T lite soy sauce
1 t ground ginger
2 t minced garlic

mix and stir, and fry in pan in small amount of olive oil,  this makes a HUGE bowl, and usually better after a day in refrig. (Just stir before cooking soy sauce drains to bottom of bowl) I also use this mixture to make egg rolls and egg fu young.  ( just pour scrambled eggs over cooked mixture in pan, cut into 4 pie shapes and flip when eggs are cooked, then warm up Heinz fat free gravy and pour on patties.

Breakfast:
2 apple cinnamon rice cakes
1 tsp. peanut butter
2 oz light & fit yogurt

snack:
2 cups of 1/2 reg & 1/2 decaf coffee
2 oz 2% milk

Lunch:
8 oz mixed sauteed veggies (zucchini & onions and chick peas with garlic powder)
4 oz watermelon

Supper:
6 oz mixed veggies (same as above)
3 oz sardines
1 apple

snack:
4 oz skim milk

I'm waiting to hear back from the on-call doctor for little guy.  He's been coughing for a few days, has a fever and coughs until he throws up.  Thinking I might be spending some time in urgent care today :(

I walked last night and plan to again tonight since weigh in is tomorrow although I may have to cancel my appt. if Little Guy is still sick.

Hope your little guy feels better soon!

I've already done 42 minutes of Nordic walking this morning and I am heading off to the gym shortly with DS #1 to lift some weights.  I figure I'll be in pain whether or not I do anything, so I might as well get out and do something to take my mind off of it a bit!!!!!
I also need to make something to take to OOB for my friend and her family.  My friend's mom died this morning at 430am.  It'll be a sad week for her and I wanna try to do something.  Maybe I'll make a lasagne and brownies and bring them down later today........

Anyways........here's the eats:

B:  2c ff calorie countdown milk
S:  power pb on wasa with a banana (pre-weight lifting)
L:  ??
S:  ??
D:  ??  (depends where I am........may be back down in Biddeford or OOB)
S:  probably some Only 8

Well, I am supposed to be doing homework, but DH is home and he IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!! He's cleaning.

B: 2 cups of calorie countdown milk
S: coffee
L: egg w/sausage and 2% cheese
S: decaf coffee
D: leftover chicken we had last night corn on the cob
S: ?

Funny, he doesn't do any cleaning for months, now all of a sudden it's a priority.  MEN!!!
