Not sure how things are gonna "go down" today after the wonderful evening I had last night!   Today is a new day, so just gonna be hopeful!     Off to my mom and dad's to enjoy their pix from Branson and then out to lunch..........should be interesting!!

B:  2c ff milk
L:  something with lots of protein!
Unsure about the rest of the day..........depends how the milk goes down!

ETA at 735pm:  Eats went ok today after all.  AM snack: jupiter sammie,  Lunch: about 3 oz of chicken breast with bbq sauce and a few french fries (The chicken didn't go down too well and I started feeling kinda queasy, so my son finished it off for me!  We ate at Mulligan's in Biddeford.....nothing on the menu is over $5!!  I fed all 5 of us for $28 with 1 appetizer!!!!   COOL!!)   afternoon snack was a few potato chips    Dinner:  passed up lobster at mom's (too much pain to enjoy it and I wanted to get home and into my jammies) had a scallop and veggie stir fry (love that comfort food!)   LNS:  will try some only 8

L:  Mom will be here so we'll probably get takeout....who knows.

The gym is only open until 11 today so I won't make it there and the rain....ugh.  I may go out for a wet walk late day and then take a nice hot shower.  If so....add diet cocoa to evening snack :)

Well my day yesterday wasn't that great "Dietwise"  I thought i was pretty good with my points but did get in a few drinks, only got in 44 oz water, not my 64, and stepped on scale and was up one lb.  but like you Ruth didn't have a good "ONE" yesterday, was out shopping all day during my "TIme"  haha....went out to eat and had a great roll up but it had alot of cheese and bbq sauce on it so i'm sure it was high in points.  AGAIN!! today is a new day.  this weekend will be a boreing, nothing going on weekend.  I plan on working on my scrapbook, need to bring MLM to his parents and will probably stop in at Penneys for a new jacket for next weekend, maybe warm shoes too?? I did, get a new pair of Jeans yesterday at Target OMG>> are your ready?  SIZE 12. whooo hooo i almost wore them to bed. hehe

DInner plans:
Mexican casserole (Low Carb) 

fried, drainned, (I also rinse with ho****er to get all fat off) hamburg mixed with Taco seasoning, layered in casserol dish
covered with salsa
Cheese (RF)
baked till melted and warm

serve with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and onions and sour cream (RF)

Well I had to have fasting lab work done this am then went to our peer to peer support group. Got to meet diznygirl, that was cool.  She's going to Rye Brook to the conference with Tracy and I and maybe some others.

So I headed to DD for my breakfast.

B: DD wake up wrap
S: coffee and more coffee
L: haven't had yet, probably some rotisserie chicken and salsa/cheese
S:?
D: stuffed whole boneless chicken (I bought it at the farmer's market in Camden this morning, they cut it in half for me) corn on the cob

Thanks for your concern.  Yes, I can get some milk in.  I just cannot tolerate food in the morning. I never have.  The thought of food turns my stomach until at least noon.  I did eat eat some spinach souflee (sp) and some cheese instead of a protein smoothie last night for dinner.  Then had some applesauce for a snack later.  Probably not enough calories for the day but its a start I suppose.  :)

I hope that it is ok that if I am not hungry I dont eat.  I am not a morning person and breakfast never happens for me.  I don't really have much of a selection of foods I can eat and I am so bored with cheese. Getting hungry seems to have become a hassle.  I just eat when my stomach says its time. and I am not the least bit enthusiastic about having to eat.  Oh well I'll try to do better tomorrow.

Well, honey it's really NOT okay for you not to eat at this stage....  I care about you so I am being honest.  Can you drink milk?  That would be acceptable, even a glass (or two) or skim milk would be great to start your day.Some days it's hard, but you need to get something in.   Starving yourself will not contribute to weight loss.   Good luck, I hope you find something you can tolerate early in the day.

you also understand that even being overweight you can stil be malnourished? right?  they have soy choc milk, maybe just a glass of that in the morning.  I'm not much of a breakfast eater either.  but usually am hungry around 10am.  If I was you I'd experiment with more protein shakes recipes.  their are hundred.  and also, some protein powders are much tastier if you dont' like the cheap ones.  have you ever watched Melting Mama's posts? she does product reviews and she dont like protein powders and is fussy about them.  i'll get you her site and also, recipes for shakes.  brb. hehe

Well mom came and I ate Chinese for lunch.....like fried appetizers Chinese .....and then we had cake and ice cream for her birthday.  I did not finish my small piece of cake and only had one small scoop of ice cream.  Sigh......darn CHinese food.  SO today looks like this now......

S: 1 oz part skim mozzarella
S2: 1/2 C homemade applesauce-YUM!!!!
L: Bad, bad, bad Chinese, cake and ice cream.

D: salad w/FF low cal dressing
S: cukes

Now I HAVE to go for a walk in the rain!!!
