so what ya'll eating and plans for today?
My DInner PLans:
First I want to say this Weigh****cher's plan is what i needed i've lost 3 lbs. since wed. should have done this before now. as for my Dinner plans???
going to make ww bread, slice ham, tomatoe and cheese grilled cheese... w/pam not butter and serve with some low calorie homemade tomatoe soup. needed to make something quick since i'll be gone all day.

B: coffee w/sf Caramel Torani (thanks for the Big Lots tip whoever that was!!!!)
S: mandarin oranges 1/2 C
L: Tuna w/light mayo and onion (tuna wasnt in the fridge so I ended up with 1 leftover chicken nugget from Big Guy's lunch and 1.5 ounces part ski mozzarella)
S: cukes w/FF Balsamic Vinaigrette
D: Chobani w/granola
So decisive today huh? LOL.
Already hit the gym and am scheduled to go for a walk or play tennis tonight.

Not a good day today..........eating was ALL over the place and I'm not sure I even made my protein goal! NOT GOOD!
