It's Thursday..........what are YOU eating?
Sorry......I didn't have time to post this yesterday. Anyone can feel free to get us started if I'm not around!
Not feeling so great today. My left side is really bugging me more and more and I don't see the surgeon until next week. Oh well.......life goes on.
I don't know about anyone else, but I am FREEZING today! I even have a fleece top on (and layers) as I'm SOO cold! This is gonna be a rough winter! Time to drag out the long johns! haha
So.........what have you got planned to eat/do today?
So far, here's the plan:
B: 2c ff milk, Jupiter sandwich
I have no plan for the rest of the day just because I don't know how breakfast is gonna stay down. I'll update later as I eat.
I had hoped to go to the gym today, but, I'm not sure that's gonna happen either. Oh well!

Well today is a going away party for my boss so I brought the fixings for WLS friendly buffalo chicken dip and I'm going to stick with that for lunch. I won't be tempted by cheesecake, I won't be tempted by cheesecake....
I also awoke with a migraine and it won't go away. Even with Axert.

S: Iced latte w/splenda
L: Buffalo chix dip w/ 7 tortilla chips
S: cheese stick
D: pork loin chop and green beans
S: not sure, maybe some SF chocolate pudding w/whippage

MMM buffalo chicken dip! I know I am not even close to being able to eat the dip, but I am wondering if you would be willing to share you WLS friendly buffalo chicken dip recipe. Before surgery buffalo chicken was definitely one of my favorite things to eat...I am hoping that when it comes time I will be able to eat it again!

If you start the post first we'll go with yours, if not I"ll start it and we can combine my Dinner and goal plan with what your eating today? how does that sound. we're all in this together anyway, might as well save a tree. hahahaaa, God I kill myself. so here is my DInner and goal plans.
well as for my goals yesterday I did great on my water, but never did my walking. that is going to be an issue I did 20 mins of swimming in but said I was going to do 2 hours this week. Oiyy i still got time. so...
Healthy DInner Plans: Cheryl's Mexican Croc Pot Chicken (I looked on line for recipes and got ideas and made healthy changes. DH isn't home tonight he's going with a friend to see a hockey game so I can try something different. yooohooo.... (He's so fussy)
1 bag frozen chicken tenderloins (walmart)
2 can's mushrooms
1 can sl black olives
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
1 c salsa
1 envel. taco seasoning
1 can black beans
would add brown rice if I had it. I'll let you all know how this turns out

Your supper looks yummy! I wonder if my crew would eat it if I ommitted the mushrooms, olives, tomatoes and salsa! Oh yeah, and the black beans too! Talk about OOIIYYYY!!! My crew is TOO picky!!!!!!!!!! They just don't know what they're missing!!!!!!!!
