ok, well, AGAIN, today is a new day, I was just wondering if any of you have kept count on how many times i've said that.  well, today is different.  I decided to go back to weigh****chers.  I AM LOST.  I have too much freedom and no guidlines with counting calories, i've depended on my band to make all the neccessary changes for me, but it hasn't , so maybe with the band together we can go back and do ww , weight in weekly and have more weigh in support and guidelines.  I have the support here and my family and friends, but like I said, we are all in too many directions, I can eat this, you can eat that, you eat this many calorories, they eat that i eat this.  now carbs, low fat, sugarfree???  I think the structure will be better for me. I'm going to try it anyway.  wish me luck.  but, tonights dinners will continue and my weely goals.

today:  water 64 oz, walk
DInner:  turkey meatloaf, sliced pot/w/spag sauce casserol, (low fat, dont need to add butter & sour cream), garden salad and brussel sprouts

I've been counting my points all day and already feel "More in control"... hope this works for me..  i'm not even kidding, before I would wake up and go for low carbs, then eat a roll up for lunch and go for low fat, then whatever, just did what I was in the mood for, and just not working for me.  I do have restriction so going in for another fill would not be in my best interest.  I'm excited to try this.

Nope, no need to keep count.  That isn't what this is about. We are supposed to be a SUPPORT group, not a pick a part group!

I love WW, it's just the expense I can't justify.  But right now you get the first month free. I thought about going too. Plus my MIL is the one that weighs people so I would not want her to see me gain weight! LOL

I agree, no need to keep count.  I left lapbandtalk.com b/c I couldn't handle constantly getting read the riot act and being told I was doomed to fail b/c I made misakes.    So you won't get any of that from me.  I think it's great you are doing something to help yourself!  I can't afford the expense either or I might be tempted to join as well.  Keep us posted!

Dinner tonight:  Homemade corned beef hash and a veggie.  Definitely not the healthiest but I have saved the calories for it throughtout the day.

OMG,  there is a difference between being read the riot act and suggesting what would be a better way.  my husband would be in heaven with corned beef hash....
