I know i don't comprehend things as good as i used to.  I need to have someone explain how to make the milkshakes with or w/o the Torani syrup.

I know that you put it in the blender, how do you make it with the coffee, have the perked coffee ready to pour into it.

i too, have a problem eating peanut butter. I usually leave my kitchen area, then I am not tempted.

I am doing better with my food plan & exercise, and writing everything down.

I still need to get my water in every day. Does it matter whether it's crystal light or iced tea, or the lite juice?

I could use some advice:-)

Please & Thanks,
Lynda

I make protein coffee every morning...first mix a scoop of protein with a liquid of some sort.  I use fat free 1/2 1/2 and the flavored syrup.  I mix that up completely, it should look like pancake batter.  Then I add the hot coffee to the mixture slowly stirring as I pour it to incorporate the protein mixture.  You need to stir it otherwise the  protein will just float on top and be gross.  If you don't mix the protein with a liquid first the coffee will cook it because it will be too hot.

Well, there are lots of recipes.  But this one is my favorites:

I use a scoop of protein powder, mixed with some FF half and half and few packets of splenda (I like mine super sweet) then I mix in some SF syrup (torani, davinci, doesn't matter) for mine I like to add a cup of decaf that I have iced down, then I fill up the giant cup with FF milk (8 ounces) and I top it with whip cream.  It tastes like a big old shake and takes me quite awhile to drink it.  It also has about 30 grams of protein.  YUMMO!
