Its been a while . . . HI !

Just and update.

I have lost 75 pounds in 6 months and I am so happy about that but I want more !! I want to shed 45 more.

I am still having food issues. But working on it. I recently discovered Morningstar Farm Chik Patties (tofu) very yummy and I love beans they are my staple.

I am feeling great. Actually the best I ever have as a adult.

If anyone has ideas for protein I am all ears !!

Congrats on your weight loss!  Sounds like you are doing great!!!!!!!

As for protein: have you tried greek yogurt?  bocca burgers?    All good stuff!

Its really good to hear from you. I was wondering what happened to ya.  Well I can't really suggest anything for protein as I am still trying to discover things myself.  I love Greek yogurt which is one great source of protein.  I'm hooked on it.  Great to see you. Hope you are back for a while.

That's great! Keep up the good work.  I don't have any problems getting my protein in, read the RNY board, from time to time, there are tons of great ideas and recipes on there.
