well i'm off to have my hair done in a bit and pick up some "MORE" groceries.  I feel like i'm at the store 3 times a week.  Need to get some more things to cook healthy.  when I was cooking normally I just usued to be creative and use what I had, that is harder now.  maybe I just need to get used to it and have more ideas.  So I continue on with my water goal, yesterday I didnt' do so well, only did 30 oz.  but back on track today and start exercise.  2 hours worth this week,  I know pretty pathetic but need to start slow with my knees.  anyway, i'm going swimming tonight.  (not sure how much swimming i'll get to do, I'm also being observed for MLM.  Gotta love working for the state, but I guess this is the way it needs to be, you never know what kind of "Ding DOngs" do this for work.

DInner tonight:  EDITED !!!
Chicken,fried onion/pep, salsa chicamanga's, and sf orange jello w/mandrin slices,w/ff cool whip.

I"m so proud of myself, I swam 12 laps in 20 mins, my legs and neck are burning, BUT, my knees are fine.

I'm ready!  I hit the gym at 5:20 and did 20 minutes on the eliptical and 10 minutes on abs and arms.  Yay!

Dinner tonight: unknown.....I need to go poke around and see what we have ;)

Oh and I have to ask....what does MLM stand for?  I can't figure that one out.  Thanks!

haha, those who have been around a long time know, but I need to explain every few months, haha  it stands for "My LIttle Man"  I take care of a gentleman who has down syndrome, he lives with us. he has been here for 4 years.  he goes to work everyday M-F and I try to do things with him so you will see me say "bring to parents, bowling, dances, swimming"...  He is awesome, and we are so lucky to have him in our family.

Great job at the gym, 5:20???? HOLY CRAP

Well considering all I brought to work with me is coffee and milk and protein shake I guess I'm not doing too good with the water thing!  Duh!  I need to get it together.
