ok, so as for my water experiment, one week of drinking 64 oz.  I drank it and made goal every day.  food choices not a problem.  (most of the time) after 3 days I lost 4 lbs, today up 2.  Oiyyy.  so, tomorrow on to experiment #2.  going to start walking again.  I'm not going overboard, taking it slow to start, my goal is to continue on with my water and walk for 2 hours this week.  I will continue with the water also.  lets see what week 2 brings.  how did you all make out with your week one goals?

Okay, I want to start my exercise again too.  But I haven't conquered the water yet...LOL I"ll have to do both now, I'm like one of those kids in high school that fails one class so next year I have to take two!

Well.......uhhmm.........let's see here!!!!!  I STILL ate chips at night, though they were the "light" chips and I portion controlled better..........does that count as success?   Probably not as I've still gained 3 pounds over  the past week!  (Also started my TOM, so I'm blaming it on that!!   Is that ok?  haha!)

This week.............maybe I should just keep working on the CHIPS goal?  I gotta get that mastered!

Congrats on the water Cheryl!  And, now walking!  You'll do great!!!!!!

now well?? you both ask if you should move on to #2 if not achieved #1.  If it were me, NO, cause I feel the purpose of this experiment is to do it slowly.  if you dont do it next week then would you do 3 things???  I would think it wouldn't be successful at all and you would just loose faith.  But, that is totally up to you, that is just me.  as for you Ruth and your smaller portions, I think that is "great"  do you and will you, and do you want to go the rest of your life without chips?  or do you just want to control it?  I say, smaller portions is an achievment, after all your maintaining now.  you've  both done well.  Lets begin this new week with our heads held high and be proud of who we are and what we have done so far, forget our "Bloopers"...  Walking/exercising here I come.  I'm going swimming at the Y tomorrow for an hour, with mlm, it is free for me and $5 for him, gonna try and do it on Mondays.

Okay, so if I exercise great, still working on the water than.  Ruth, your munchies was probably just TOM.  You'll be able to kick it this week.

I did better not best but attribute a lot to the band issues and not being able to eat when I was hungry, etc.  THings seems better in that dept. so I am back on track .  Soreness is finally gone from the gym last week so the goal is to go M, W, F this week and see what happens.

Well I have to say I did not do well with my goal last week with the snacking/grazing when I get home from work. So this week that is my goal again.  I will get this!
