Well good morning all, I wanted to drop in before leaving for the day, I did all my water yesterday, but wasnt' happy with scale today,  up a lb.  grrrrr.  I did munch on twizzlers last night. oppps. I"m taking my knew "Step grandaughter" to Build a Bear in portland today and lunch for her Halloween gift, she's been wanting to go for a very long time.  I first have to bring MLM to his bowling league and to his parents for the after noon, return, pick him up and bring the little one back home.  wont be home till Dinner time prob. so I really have no big plans.  NOt sure If Son will be home with his GF, so really have no clue.  but this is my plan but very subject to change.

I am throwing a pork roast in the crockpot with some sugar free orange marmalade and some chicken stock.  When I get home I will cook down the sauce and pour it over the pork roast and then some fresh green beans and a baked potato for DH and DSD.

I made WLS friendly lasagna a few weeks ago. I used tofu instead of most of the cheese and I used whole grain noodles with flax seed, no sugar added spaghetti sauce and I used ground turkey mixed with TVP.  Came out great and the noodles are real soft and easy to eat. I didn't use as many as I normally would and I used egg whites instead of whole eggs to hold the mess together. My DH liked it just fine and it froze well for leftovers ( I take it for lunch once in awhile).

We went to a restaurant for my mom's bday.  I ordered swordfish and it came w/onion rings and butternut squash.  I coldn't even eat all the swordfish and only had 1 onion ring.  A success in my book.
