Saturday.....whatchya doing/eating today?
Off to watch DD's field hockey game this morning (with about 20 layers of clothes on!!!!! BBRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!) Will probably head to the gym afterwards as it's too cold to go walk outside and I need to get back to working out!!
I had to get up early to cook pancakes and eggs for the family and dd's 2 friends, so I'm off to a late start with my eats/liquids!
So........whatchya got planned for activity and eats today?
B: 2c ff milk
S; probably nothing??
L: depends if I make it to the gym or not
S: protein brownie, maybe?
D: notta clue (do you have a recipe for that?) haha
As you can see...........everything is up in the air right now! I'll probably come back and edit this once I see how the day goes!

I need to do a bunch of errands with the kiddos. (for some reason that always ends up costing me more $) I also need to mow the lawn. I don't mind because it is good exercise.

Well I had to help DH mow today and then help DS rearrange her room. I had a big wow today, I actually pushed mowed around the mounds at one of the cemeteries we mow. I haven't done that in 13 years. I though I would maybe get through two of them, but I did six before my hands went numb. LOL
B: carbquick blueberry pancakes w/zero cal syrup
S: coffee
L: 1/2 the topping of a slice of pizza
S: ?
D; crockpot pork roast w/ no sugar added applesauce and low sodium soy sauce (was going to do SF marmalade, but DH took it to work) w/some brown rice and green beans
S: maybe some NSA ice cream with SF choc syrup and some whippage or my new obsession, coffee/chocolate protein shake. Depends on how my protein looks for the day
We are going to watch some movies tonight and relax, can't wait. Scrapbooking party tomorrow, I love to scrapbook!

S- FF/SF fudgesicles
I watched Ryan in the morning, had blood drawn for my 1 year surgery visit in 2 weeks, went shopping, got my hair cut, planted daffodil bulbs. I got really shaky when I was planting in the afternoon- Yikes! What an awful meal day I'd had. Not much protein and I got the jitters. I won't be doing that again.
