What's for DInner
well, another successful water day, fell a little short, but still got in 50 oz. Healthy Dinner are going great, they loved the radish salad, a deffinite keeper. so tonight is a true test. DH was almost teary eyed when I told him what we were having. POor guy. hehe
Dinner:
Turkey Burgers w/fried onions, sliced tom, cheese, lettuce on a WW roll, ww pasta salad, sliced cuccumbers.
I have to say, its more expensive to eat this way, would love any recipes you have to share. also, wanted you all to know, this is what i'm making my family, not neccesarily what i'm eating, will probably nix the roll tonight.

haha, I did tell my husband i will be adding ground turkey to meatballs and meatloaf, I promised to go with 50/50 to start with and work with him. I don't want to totally shock him. but that is still an improvment. you should have seen him in the chip isle at walmart yesterday. haha i was standing at the end of the isle calling him like a little puppy. he was laughing at me. he was so hungry and said "I'm affraid to eat, I don't want to have the wrong thing. poor guy, I said it's not the end of the world if you eat what you like. but my goal is to have healthier Dinners. so lets start there. Your a big boy and can make your own decisions. he said "I need your help" so this is good.. he is also having me cut up a lemon and put in pitcher for him to bring to work, instead of soda. he is making an effort. my son is an awesome dieter. he suggests things to me, recipes, veggies, he also is an awesome cook and says, do this, try that... years of being an athlete has taught him that, but after college and swimming 4 hours a day, plus weight and dry land, and completely stopping he packed on the lbs BADDDD. him and his girlfriend are in the same boat and trying to move on now. she is doing awesome and his on his case, haha, that means I dont have to . hehhee
