Well, I got some interval jogging/walking done last night and my knees are talking to me a little this morning.  Maybe they aren't ready, but who cares???  I'm gonna get back to it anyways!  I'm walking/jogging in the American Heart Assoc Heart Walk on Sunday if anyone wants to come and join us!

Today is work, helping son with his Eagle Scout project (spreading mulch and hopefully planting some flowers.....if we can get some donated!) and then some TV, later tonight.

So.............whatchya got planned for meals and exercise????

So far, here's the plan:

B:  2c ff milk, light wheat toast with chocolate pb2
S:  choc pb2 on wasa
L: fage, blueberries, hi-lo cereal, 2 small protein brownies!
S;  chicken egg roll
D:  ??
S:  only 8

Catching up on houswork today.  I was supposed to go to the gym this AM but am still in a great deal of pain so decided it was better to wait.  I will get a good walk in at some point today. 

B: Chobani w/Bear Naked Fit Granola
L: meatballs w/marinara and a WW cheese stick
D: Baked Potato Soup

I am really going to try to skip snacks today.  I stress ate all day yesterday and need to detox from snacking in a major way.  I weighed in this AM and it is NOT good.  So......put the scale away, dedicated to eating right and exercising and we'll see what it says in a few days.

RUTH RUTH RUTH, you know your not gonna get away with that comment....  what do you mean who cares?  YOU DO obviously if you took the time to go to the dr's and physical therapy.  why dont 'you do something else instead of run. swim? bike? sex? bands? weights?  you know more then I about exercise i'm sure you can come up with something.  if you hurt yourself much more you might not be able to walk befroe you know it.  you didnt' go thru all this work to not walk?  NOW, enough of that, take care of yourself.  NOw, as for plants, I have some tiger lillies, hostas, and a few other perrenials I will donate.  if your interested.

I just meant that I can deal with this pain that I'm having........the knees are better than they were before the PT and stuff!  He's making me work them pretty hard during PT anyways.  I just hadn't been able to test them with running until yesterday.  I think they did ok, considering it's been over 3 weeks since I did ANY jogging!  I think they'll get used to it.  I iced them afterwards and again this morning so they will settle down!

WOW!  You are awesome!  We'll take any donations we can get!  I'm planning on going to a few local greenhouses and see what they'll do for us too.........maybe nothing, but we gotta try!  My son is only planting one of the areas........the teachers want to do the rest as it is a memorial garden for "one of their own" so to speak.  I think it will be really nice once it's done!  Thanks!

I hope your able to get back to running cause I know you enjoy it, your trainned for that  so you know what to do.  Good Luck to you

Still home sick, no fun.

B: ff milk
S: coffee
L: protein shake
S: ?
D: ?
S: decaf coffee protein shake (I made this yesterday, with iced decaf, skim milk, protein powder, some torani syrup and a little whip cream, it was like having a big shake!  Yummy)

Have to go get my DSD today, she had a big fight with her real Mom last night and wants me to come get her today.  So my DH and I have to change our weekend plans, it's our anniversary this weekend.  Oh well....
