so as you all know Tues I started drinking my water 64 oz to be exact.  I made NO other changes other then it taking so long to drink and not being able to eat and drink, I probably did skip some grazing.  so, since Tues I've lost 4 lbs.  I was anxious to see what exactly, just doing water would do and this is my results.  Not too hard,  Monday I start a new  challenge/change i havn't decided yet, but i'm thinking adding my walks again.  (small walks)  raking leaves will be here soon, and I"ve got leaves for all of you.  well, wish you all success on your challenges.  we can do this..

great job!  I need to work harder on the water thing, it hurts my tummy and I just don't like it.  I used to love, love, love water.  Drank it all day.

You're doing GREAT Cheryl!  WTG!!!!  Water!  It does a body good!!  lol

I did better last night!  I bought some Lay's Light potato chips when I did groceries last night.  I counted out 20 chips (the bag says that's a portion size) and I ate them as I was watching TV.  It calmed the craving!!  Much better than the bunch I've been eating!   I'm STILL a work in progress though!

All the best to everyone!

Great BP too!  I gain a pound or two once in a while too.  I don't think weight loss is a constant downward trend.

Water is a GOOD thing. Keeps us full, keeps things moving and helps with the weight loss. Since my pouch "woke up" and started feeling hunger I try to remember do drink rather than graze.

Congratulations on the loss. Amazing what one little change can do!
