Thursday, whatchya eating and doing?
I have meetings most of the day at work today..........a 3 hour one this morning and then another 1 hour one this afternoon! I'll be needing to MOVE after all these meetings!!!!!! YIKES!!!
So.............what's your eating plan for the day?
B: 2c ff milk and something..........not sure what yet!
S: pb2 on wasa, protein brownie
L: fage, berries, hi-lo, maybe some protein apple pie
S: choco-nana banana bread
D: south beach or tortilla pizza
S; only 8...........DUH!!!!!!

Sticking to mush today to give my irritated band a rest. Hopefully I stick to it.
Not exercising today my body HURTS from gym time.
Will be busy chasing yellow jackets in my house.....they started invading yesterday, landlady had someone out who found the nest in the wall of the house outside and sprayed it. Now all the angry leftovers are coming in and it's making me angry. I killed well over 50 yesterday and 3 already this AM. UGH. I fear the kids will get stung.
Ok! I know I am not supose to move my diet ahead but dam its not head hunger, I am hungry so i started on a soft boiled egg. very yokey!! thats all I will advance untill next friday. I feel great after i eat the egg!!

Nothing too exciting planned today, possibly Beano tonight. I did the gym this morning and officially started week 1 of the Couch to 5k program. Usually when I try running I run for 1 minute, then walk for 4 and repeat. I actually did the 60/90 second intervals and I was SO proud of myself, what a feeling of accomplishment. I'm sure my legs will be less than happy with me tomorrow though.
