I DID GREAT on my water goal.  how did you guys do.  my DS and DH have told me they want to start eating healthy, so this will help me in the long run.  I'm busy looking for low cal recipes to try, my family is all so fussy and all like different things so this should be a challenge, my DH is the worse, he turns his nose up to everything.  I'm going to start useing ground turkey instead of hamburg, and ww breads.  What a great challenge and project for me, i'm excited.  tonight i'm grilling pork tenderloins  with corn on the cob, served with Herb/low cal butter, sliced tom and cucs, making some sugar free jello with apple slices w/ff cool whip...I need to do groceries Bad.  I"m going to post my dinner meal everyday so it will encourage me to make a healthy meal and possible give you all ideas.

I failed.  I got into the oreo cookies when I got home.  I felt bad and ran 3 miles than biked 8 miles.  Boy was I tired.  I will do better today.  I just need to not have that crap in the house.  If it is not healthy for me than it is not healthy for anyone in the house too.  They can eat healthy snacks too!!!

your right they should, but we feel guilty not feeding them what they like.  maybe if we sat them down and said "LOOK, this is causing me problems, can we work on this", maybe ask them for suggestions.  I have a basket in the refrig. for MLM, it has all kinds of healthy snacks for him, he can go in there "Independently" and choose what he wants.  I have:  sf puddings, yogurt, baggies of ff pringles, baggies of sf cookies, canned fruit sf, cheese sticks, I'd add fruit and almonds but he has no teeth, haha,  he actually prepares the bags and basket himself when I do groceries.
people say this is a lifestyle and I do believe if we don't all do it as a family we can end up right back where we were, this is what worries me.  I need help to move on and loose more weight, and they can all benifit from eating better too.

Yeah, not so good. I drank my coffee, a 20 oz. vitamin water, a glass of water a half an hour after my supper and then a decaf coffee... Not exactly 64 ounces of water....

I have a bottle of water in front of me now though and my goal is that I have to drink it all before I am allowing myself to eat again.  Then refill it and do it again.  I'll shoot for 40 oz. today and keep working my way upwards.

I don't worry about having stuff in the house for DH, once in awhile I stop on the way home and buy him a treat, like a candy bar, or whoopie pie or ice cream.  But I don't keep it in the house.

I got stuck on everything healthy yesterday, got frustrated and ate ice cream when I wasn't even hungry anymore.  I woke up in the middle of the night and started in on it again.....I put the whole container in the sink and ran ho****er over it.  GONE.  Today has been better but mornings always are!

keep track of what your getting stuck on and what time.  i know sometimes it changes but most o fthe time it really makes a difference when your eating what.  and remember to CHEW CHEW CHEW.  best of luck to you, let me know whats going on.  you might be a tad too tight??? remember if your too tight and cant eat the right stuff then you'll go to crap, the band won't help you.  you must eat the right stuff.  Iknow you know this, sorry if I sound like i'm preaching,  just hate seeing you get stuck.
