Wednesday Whatchya eating?
Well...........I caved last night.......AGAIN!!!! Yup.........I had some potato chips! I REALLY need to find something that fills that salty craving that I have at night! Any ideas?? I AM going to try to do better tonight! I did get some Nordic walking done last night though, so that was a good thing.
Today is work, PT, and groceries. Should be a busy day!

Here's the plan (haha.......you KNOW how THIS goes!!!!!!!!!!!!)
B: 2c ff milk, choco-nana protein bread
S: pb2 on wasa
L: fage/blueberries/hi-lo cereal
S: protein brownies
S2: (before or during groceries) beef jerky
D: ?? depends what time I get home from groceries
S: ETA: going back to Only 8!!!!
so..........IF I stick with this plan, it should come out to 1000 cals, 115g of protein (that's with a "generic" supper)

Well, when I crave salty I have some almonds with sea salt on them. But only a 1/2 an ounce. I do think tho that eating salt makes you crave more salt. I don't have hardly any in my diet anymore and I hardly ever crave it. Go back to the ONLY 8!!! LOL I think DH should keep his chips at work or in his car.

I like the idea of chips in the car, but he's a snacker while he's watching TV! That's why I try to stay away from him and the TV in the evening, BUT.........now that the fall line up has come back on, there are some shows I REALLY enjoy watching!!!!! I just have to find a better snack! I'll be working on it!!!! Thanks for the suggestion!!!!!!!!!
Oh yeah, something that I forgot about that got me through the salty stage. ( I just can't afford to buy them right now) You can get them online. Now what the heck is the name of them! They are made by a dr tabor . They are protein chips and they come in all different flavors, they sell them at bariatriceating.com but are cheaper directly through the company.

Lunch will be the same today.
applesauce is for the snack today
supper have not decided but think it will be baked potato green beans and steak
Trying to do protein shakes for a week to see if i can kick start the weight loss again.

Have you tried the Kay's Naturals Protein Crisps? I just got an order from Netrition and they seem to help curb my crunch/salt cravings, plus they have protein too so I don't feel "guilty" about the carbs. I also ordered some of the Apple Cinnamon Cheerios type cereal and that was really good with my yogurt this morning.
B: Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt with Kay's Apple Cinnamon cereal
S: Starbucks Skinny Caramel Latte (yes, I'm addicted)
L: Protein shake
S: Co-jack snack cheese
D: Salmon Loaf, Broccoli w/cheese and a tad of baked potato
S: Parmesan protein crisps
That is the plan so far anyway. Things have been known to change though. I'm supposed to go to kickboxing class in 1/2 hour but I just feel kind of crappy today, so I think I'll skip it. I'll just make sure I go to the gym in the a.m. Hope everyone enjoys their day.
