Tuesday, starting over, whatchya eating?
So, last night was NOT good! I was stressed from work and pain and whatever else and ate, literally, a TON a potato chips! BAD! BAD! BAD! Slap my hand! BUT!!! Today is another day and I WILL NOT let the stress get to me tonight!!
After work, I might head out to Rockland for DD's field hockey game. Not sure yet! We'll see how stressful work is today!
So, what are you doing/eating today?
B: same as always! 2c ff milk and jupier sammie
S: pb2 on wasa
L: choconana protein muffin and fage, berries, hi-lo cereal
S: carbquik apple/protein pie
S2: (IF I go to DD's game!) beef jerky
D: not sure yet
S: undecided (NO chips though! That part, I KNOW!!)

I made some homemade tapioca last night with carb countdown milk and egg whites, didn't come out so good....
